o Removed silos and traditional barriers by executing major organizational change from 4 single-craft maintenance teams to 3 multi-craft teams.
o Initiated military hiring effort across 3 business units
o Replaced key exempt positions with former military officers, bringing needed accountability across all maintenance teams.
o Reduced budget by $5 million from 2017 to 2020 while increasing reliability, setting production records, increasing uptime, and OEE/TEEP. - Regularly interface and negotiate with two different labor unions and enjoy a strong and amicable relationship with both.
