His successful experience in locating, hiring, and training leaders to advance a vision created a legacy of success with companies like Snap-on Tools and HD Supply during his corporate career.
Butch began his career in field sales and progressed up the organizational ladder to corporate leadership. This experience combined with working across many different industries provides him the rare insight to recognize “what good looks like”. It was this insight that allowed Butch to clearly see the difference that MRI resources will make in executing a successful search. This led him to purchase an MRI franchise.
