Dallas/Ft Worth Manufacturing Leader and results-focused Industrial Engineer. He has a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and is a certified PMP Project Management Professional. He is recognized for increasing productivity and efficiency by promoting standardized workflow and the strategic allocation of resources. • Responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity, ensure that the plant runs smoothly, meet production goals, and comply with all health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Conduct quality control audits in each department to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure that employees feel encouraged and motivated to contribute at their full potential.
• Investigate and resolve personnel grievances
• Review time cards and production spreadsheets to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
• Supervise overall activities of manufacturing departments and performance for production and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot problems with production and take corrective action.
• Work with procurement in raw material selection and specific certification requirements.
• Perform manpower and budget analysis.
