• Manage a startup automotive facility, Hose Clamps (Ford/Toyota) overall development and supervision of Supervisors and employees, health and safety, quality, customer cost, productivity, and organizational structure.
• Evaluate production results against established goals and look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• 128 employees, with 6 direct reports that report to me including: (Purchasing/Production Manager/Sales Manager/Logistics manager/Engineering Manager.
• Manage all departments and operations in a fast paced tier 1 lean manufacturing environment, ensuring safety,quality, productivity, staffing utilization and scrap are all at appropriate levels. Establish and maintain key KPI metrics and hold teams accountable to achieve and exceed set goals.
