She is trained in several HRIS systems and has supported up to 1300 people across multiple sites. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. • Oversaw payroll processing for 1300 employees across multiple states and countries
• Successfully implemented 400 employees’ transition from semi-monthly to bi-weekly
• As the point of contact for payroll, not only did I provide all data to the implementation team that contributed to the migration from Oracle to ADP, but also validated the final results, enhancing payroll efficiency
• Took initiative on creating and executing a shift to paperless , documentation including, reports, direct deposit change forms, timesheets, etc. within Oracle which led to simpler auditing purposes
• Served as a vital liaison with Italian HQ, educating them on American benefits and laws
• Spearheaded recruitment, screening, and onboarding initiatives for all of Sanhua US
• Managed benefits enrollment for all employees, ensuring comprehensive coverage
• Conducted regular check-ins with employees and managers to foster open communication with employees and managers and also added the 90-day and annual reviews to improve the company relationships with the employees
• Managed the payroll processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for over 20 clients locally and in different states.
