She has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering and a Master degree in Computer Science. She has performed substation design work from initial earthwork to commissioning. She is also skilled in Control system architecture and network design, system integration, instrumentation, HMI interface development, PLC programming, system configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning. • Power system coordination studies, relay setting file creation, burden calculation, load flow, fault, and transient analysis, Arc flash, and short circuit studies.

• Perform substation design work from initial earthwork to commissioning e.g. specification and layout design, equipment selection, AC & DC system design, one-line & three-line protection/control schematic diagram and documentation, panel wiring diagram, cable & connection scheduling
• Prepared IVT, FAT & SAT test plan documentation and performed all SCADA and protection project commissioning
• Excellent understanding of three-phase power systems, per-unit mathematics and symmetrical components, substation plant and functions, power transformers, CB, CT, VT, isolator, capacitor bank, reactor, motor, VFD, DC drives
• Highly motivated and creative problem solver, excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Medium voltage switchgear (480v-35kV) HMI development using Honeywell HMIWeb display graphics software
• Honeywell PKS server configuration, IEC61850 database (CID file) and MMS report creation
• Perform GE (UR, SR3, and 8 series) relay programming and setting, flex logic, main-tie-main auto-transfer scheme development, and GOOSE communication
• Testing and troubleshooting of HMI, MCC (VFD, semi code, double speed motor), auto transfer scheme, protection, ethernet switch, IEC 61850 and Modbus communication
• Coordination studies, short circuit analysis, fault analysis & calculation for protection system
• Develop high standard IVT, FAT & SAT test plan document and perform FAT & SAT
• SCADA system architecture design and communication solution for high voltage substation
• PLC Programming, configuring, installing, testing and commissioning of SCADA system
• RTU, server, switches, various relay and gateway configuration for the integrated system
• Panel modification – cable & connection scheduling and relay’s input-output allocation
