• Started 3 brand new facilities in Irving, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, and Mankato, MN.
• Developed, introduced, executed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) in all North American facilities.
• Introduced the company to multiple strategic customers and suppliers for MSA (Master Supply Agreement) partnerships for sales and cost-saving activities of over $9 million.

• Attained a 15% supplier reduction through YOY supplier localization/rationalization
• Developed, implemented and deployed effective cost modeling strategy that strengthened supplier collaboration and enabled reliable market data on commodities
• Improved working capital $50M YOY by improving supplier terms & consignment programs
• Improved Supplier PPM’s 40% year over year achieving 55 PPM annually
