He is a Mechanical Engineer, a Six Sigma Blackbelt, a Certified PMP Program Mgmt Professional and is a Certified Quality Engineer / CQE. He has highly developed technical skills and multiple industry trainings under his belt. He has provided leadership for manufacturing teams of up to 245 members in a union environment.

• Manage this PVC extrusion plant that consists of 27 extrusion lines and 2 blending departments.
• Direct reports include EH&S, HR, Quality, PC&L, Accounting, Engineering, R&D, Maintenance, Tool/Die, and Machining.
• Facility is a union shop that consists of 135 USW members.
• Established OEE initiative for key equipment within the plant.
• Manage the engineering department, maintenance, and purchasing department for this premium aluminum and steel packaging company.
• Help drive these KPIs to exceed goals, including safety ORIR, employee OHI, Scrap reduction, uptime, OTIF, and OEE.
• Responsible for capital projects up to $12M USD.
• Manufacturing complex is comprised of four facilities totaling 440k square feet of active manufacturing space with 680 employees.
• Manage all plant capital projects including justification and capital requests.
• Manage all new product/model launches from the award of business to SOP.
• Managed the development of an effective PM program using CMMS and maintenance KPI tracking to improve upon OEE and plant performance indicators.
• Serve as core team member for TS16949 compliance for engineering, maintenance, facilities, and EH&S.
• Business unit is comprised of 245 union employees within a 175,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.
• Participated in the negotiation of the local union contract with the UAW.
• Implemented a preventative and predictive maintenance program using CMMS / EAM software and through Total Productive Maintenance or TPM.
• Completed an intensive five-month training program in the discipline of Six Sigma at this Tier 1 automotive supplier.
