His process experience includes heat treatment, foundry, CNC machining, and assembly operations. He has a long list of improvements in safety, cost reduction, scrap improvement, productivity, and throughput increases under his belt. He completed his education while working full-time. He is a Leader of highly functional teams and he develops and maintains lasting relationships with clients, associates, and peers.
