• As a result of the below initiatives, increased revenue from $19 million to $33+ million
o This increased the EBITDA from $3 million to $6 million.
• Invested $1.1 million in capital investments which resulted in an additional $2 million in revenue per year with a 2-year payback.
• Planned and led a $7.2 million construction project to double the manufacturing area from 183,000 square feet to 363,000 along with investing $1.5 million in capital to increase the capacity by 33% to meet customers’ demands for resin.
• Increased the revenue on a key line of business by 10% per job by renegotiating the contracts on the filter bead jobs for Veolia.
• Reduced the raw material costs by improving the procurement process through a bidding process.
