His broad operations experience includes Steel Manufacturing, CNC Machining, Stamping, Forming, Welding, Fabrication, and Assembly operations. He has a hands-on, performance, process, and results-driven management style which is reflected in his results! he has led a team of 278 members.

This Game Changer has been a Maintenance Manager since late 2023, but he desires to return to an Operations Leadership role. • Responsible for running a 24/7, M-F steel processing plant, drawing round, hex, and square alloy steel sizes from 3/4″ – 3-1/2″ in diameter ranging from 12′ – 24′ lengths
• Under my management, the Bridgeview facility set records for tons shipped in a month, tons produced in a month, as well as tons produced in a day
• We had a shaft break on our steel processing line with no critical spare availability.
o I made the decision to stop production on our slower line, and use that shaft until we could get it repaired.
o I then moved production from the stopped line and adjusted associates break and lunch times to complete ALL the production on time with NO additional overtime labor costs!
• Enforce all policies and procedures, disciplinary action related to direct reports, review drawings and work instructions prior to fabrication and provides any feedback necessary to engineering and QA, perform annual direct report performance reviews, insure all laborers follow documentation protocol (e.g Testing reports, work instruction sign-off and hold points)
