Maintenance Supervisor – Manager (273906) Chemical, Refinery, Lumber Mill, Plastics, Food / Green Belt / Will relo

This highly skilled Maintenance Leader is actively seeking a new leadership role where he can impact operations thru proactive maintenance practices to improve uptime and plant profitability. He is willing to relocate for the right opportunity and is looking for $100k with a bonus opportunity! His notable experience includes:

• Led a team of 12
• Monitor execution and reporting of approved preventative maintenance (PM) a
• Direct preventative maintenance and repairs on extrusion, conveyor and material handling equipment, electrical diagnosis and repair, facility maintenance and repair, and general construction
• Maintain centralized organization of all mechanical and building drawings, equipment inventory, work order history, and supplier/contractor contact listings
• Partner with the planning team to develop weekly maintenance PM and PdM tasks predictive maintenance (PdM) programs for all equipment in the distribution facility, (including yard tractor equipment)
• Coordinate and supervise contractor work on-site to avoid interruption of facility operations and to remain within the constraints of DC needs and security
• Supervise a crew of eight (8) mechanics in a high-speed bakery producing a variety of bread and rolls.
• Direct workers and/or assist in diagnosing malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair of machinery.
• Recommend design modification to eliminate machine or system malfunctions or to improve safety, quality, or equipment operating parameters.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders to workers and assign duties.
• Troubleshoot and monitor building systems using Johnson and Delta control software.
• Estimate and oversee projects to include scheduling of shutdowns.
• Started FLIR program for inspecting electrical panels along with arc flash training.
• Repair and troubleshoot components in various types of machinery in a sawmill with a twenty (20) MW co-gen facility and a two (2) MW hydro plant.
• Work with high 13.5 K and low voltages in both single and three (3) phase.
• Perform checks on substations, switchgear rooms, and co-gen facility daily.
• Create a motor and gearbox spreadsheet to document motor and gearbox type, locations, spares, and frequency of change.
• Retrofit and install new equipment.
