• Projects utilized operations and maintenance experts for ~6 months on a project team.
• Output of the project was Operator Rounds (wireless handhelds), Equipment re-designs, Procedures (Operations and Maintenance), Preventative and Predictive maintenance plans.
• Responsible for managing the piping mechanical integrity inspection process at Eastman’s Kingsport Site, through classification and code compliance of OSHA 1910 guidelines.
o Increased throughput by 10%
o Reduced Maintenance costs $500k
o Increased the use of predictive maintenance technologies which allowed us to modify/reduce PMs.
