• Completed on time and on budget, three major projects including Combined Molasses Stillage, Water Recovery, and Combined Heat and Power.
• Responsible for up to 200 contractors and 30 million Dollars’ worth of parts, equipment, and payroll.
• Worked directly with operations and field maintenance personnel to determine the root cause of rotating equipment problems
• Review expenses to identify areas and reduce maintenance costs by 25%.
• Created and maintained numerous equipment spreadsheets to track equipment locations and service records, quarterly and annual inspections, all field call requests and equipment daily status reports.
• Compiled and updated all millwright’s electronic and paper files, progress and schedule throughout training courses.
• Created PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and databases for 500 plus employees to manage and schedule all process safety management required training, company enrichment courses, and safety-related material.
• Administratively responsible for and supervised 125 millwrights working with Turner St Croix Maintenance.
