• Reduced both the Total Recordable Rate and DART Rate 15% and 20% respectively in an 11-month period.
• Achieved full year without a lost-time accident.
• Responsible for HSE at 2 plants.
• Managed all Property Protection processes including monthly and annual site inspections.
• Manage all of the day-to-day environmental activities in addition to overseeing Title V Air permit renewal; NPDES permit monitoring, as well as EPA/DEP Inspection liaison.
• Direct, develop, and administer Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at 11 sites across North America.

• Managed and directed Workers’ Compensation activities at all locations resulting in a costs savings of $280,000 in insurance
• Achieved 1 Million Work Hours Without a Lost Time Accident in one year.
• Successfully managed Workers’ Compensation activities resulting in open claims inventory reductions of 25-60%, direct cost savings of up to $400,000+ and annual accrual reductions
• Developed and implemented the administrative, medical, and engineering aspects of a successful ergonomics program in conjunction with a Functional Work Hardening/Return to Work program
