Exceptional Senior Chemical Process and Technical Services Engineer with 20+ years of experience in Chemical, Refining, and Petrochemical Industries. He has successfully led greenfield projects including startup and commissioning. He has led CAPEX projects ranging from $30M to $400M which included managing Operations, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning. This Game Changer has trained and managed operators, engineers, maintenance crews, and contractors for refinery operations with multiple companies.

His equipment experience and technical experience are as broad as his project management history. Perform walk down of units to ensure process construction completion as designed.
• Provide training to new plant operators and maintenance during commissioning.

• Dismantling / Moving Equipment. Replacing Equipment that is past useful life.
• Prepare Operating and Maintenance Manuals
• Lead and engage in pre- and post-project reviews.
• Lead project management efforts during execution
• Direct and oversee the work of junior engineers.

Lead efforts to deliver process design documents and proposals that take into account cost, available space, time
• Provide all necessary after-market technical support of all MPT license processes with over 900 facilities installed worldwide.
• Perform equipment and process performance evaluation and recommend improvements.
Use process simulation and equipment design software to perform engineering tasks. Process Simulators: ASPEN HYSYS, PIMS LP, HTRI, EDR, AFT Arrow, AFT Fathom
• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines.
• Liaison to project and proposal project managers during the study phase.

• Develop process design for use in the areas involving the design or modification of hydrotreating, separations and energy
• Responsible for doing PMs on the equipment.
• Coordinated the turnaround group and identified maintenance projects.
