A results-driven manufacturing professional with 20+ years of progressive leadership experience for Engineering Teams, Maintenance Teams, Quality Teams, and plant leaders as a GM. He has a Bachelors in Automated Manufacturing and an Associates in Electrical Engineering Technology. He has a strong track record of achieving safety, quality, and operational efficiencies for continuous improvement.

He has spent the bulk of his career in progressive roles in one company, managing thru acquisitions and new plant startups. He currently is employed as a multi-plant Engineering Manager overseeing engineering, maintenance, and quality. He is looking to make a change as he feels he has accomplished all he can do at his current company and is interested in confidentially exploring new leadership opportunities in the Fort Wayne OH region. His notable experience includes:

• Multi-site Manager over process engineers, Maintenance department, CAD/CAM department, Tooling department, and Quality department Leading a team of 30
• Support all departments in the startup of a Glass Mega plant. Including flat and bent laminated, Insulated glass, and flat and bent tempering lines.
Responsible for 170 team members, in a 108K sqft. 24/7 manufacturing facility to supply two internal assembly plants along with supplying directly to OEM (Bobcat, Toro, CNH, and multiple Marine customers).
• Instrumental in taking a plant from $975K to $1.39M in operating income
Reduced direct labor by 8.5%
Accomplished 1M hours without lost time and reduced TRIR rate below the industry standard for first time in plant history.
• Designed and implemented a racking system to reduce scrap in the manufacturing process, and improve ergonomics for team members.
• Implemented a quote system to capture all cost within the manufacturing process.
Implemented 5S program collectively with the production team
• Headed refurbishment of $2M vertical tempering furnace. Including Allen Bradley PLC Logix 5000 controls upgrade.
• Headed installation of multiple pre-furnace CBGD lines to reduce labor by 50%, improve efficiencies and reduce safety risks.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve the manufacturing process of 4 vertical tempering furnaces.
