Texas-based Mechanical Project Reliability Engineer with 20+ years of experience in Oil, Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors, with deep involvement in PSM-regulated environments. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. • Posses significant expertise in PSM compliance, asset integrity, and mechanical integrity principles, including knowledge of API and ASME codes.
• Specific Examples: He has overseen API 650 ammonia storage tank repairs and led asset integrity programs in projects like pipelines, compressors, and pressure vessels.
• Experience: Familiar with inspection/testing protocols for vessels, tanks, piping, and heat exchangers.
• Specific Examples: Provided inspection services for ammonia storage tanks and designed NFPA-compliant fire protection systems for API-560 hydrocarbon tank storage facilities.
• Experience: Strong record of conducting RCFA, including failure analysis of high-pressure pipelines and gas dehydration units.

  • Successfully analyzed relief systems for Chevron’s production facility and performed corrosion modeling for asset lifecycle planning.

    • Knowledge of API 510, 570, 580 codes, ASME standards, and corrosion analysis.
