• Helped in the Commissioning of an R&D 50 MW Demonstration power plant.
• Scheduled maintenance of production equipment in an emergency or during a scheduled outage.
• Worked with vendors requesting quotes for a project of building a new tank farm. Input purchase requests into SAP.
• Performed troubleshooting or inspection of equipment to diagnose the problem and made emergency maintenance repairs.

• Wired PLC cabinets, assisted with the Ladder Logic,

• Supervised and trained new operators on the DCS systems (Bailey, Allen Bradley, and Rosemont)

• Scheduled all maintenance on SAP software and have trained others to do the same.
• Wrote operating procedures, trained new inspectors in the field, communicated with vendors, and purchased field equipment.
• Worked on and repaired worn or broken parts on manufacturing equipment used to make hot water heaters, from brakes on a 10-ton press to small switches, on the recycle loop, on a paint line.
