Injection Molding Design Expert/Tooling Engineer (224645) Automotive, Medical, Appliance, Consumer Goods / Blow, Injection, Rotary, Extruded, Stack, Thermo Set, Thermo Plastic / Will Relo

One of the most knowledgeable injection molding engineers I have ever interviewed. He is an accomplished industry professional with expert-level skills in injection molding processes, tooling design, problem-solving, engineering, and employee relations for Fortune 500 brands. He has supported both domestic and international plastic product molding clients in Automotive, Medical, Appliance, and Consumer Goods. He has taught corporate engineering department personnel courses on Amorphous vs. Semi-Crystalline Polymers properties, characteristics, basic part Design techniques for making quality molded parts, and the basic injection molding process at the press.

He has a reputation for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance performance, improved processes, quality, cycle time, and achieve business goals. He is skilled in working with a variety of plastics and molds including, B-Series, A-Series, closure, stripper, shuttle, unscrewing, stack, hydraulic, mechanical, extruded, vertical, horizontal, blow, rotary, Thermo-Set, and Thermo-Plastic Resin molds. He is accomplished in a large variety of software programs and quickly explains how he adapts and translates files between programs. He has customer-facing experience at all levels and trains client engineers on how to identify and solve process and mold issues.
