Created a new Turnaround organization to help meet annual Turnaround objectives.
• Both efforts have met with significant, measurable success (no safety recordable injuries, no environmental events, on schedule and under budget for a multimillion-dollar effort.
Successful project delivered results valued at $50 million and was awarded Global Arkema Arena Corporate Award for reliability improvement.
• Led projects to improve several of OSHA and PSM elements, including MI, PSSRs, PHAs/HAZOPs, MOCs, Operator Procedures, and Training/Certification.
Led implementation of Six Sigma initiatives at different petrochemical and specialty chemical facilities in Europe and the USA.
Generated audited bottom-line savings of over $35 million.
