Operations and Engineering Leader and Manufacturing Professional. He is a BSME, has a Masters In Engineering Management, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is also a Certified TS16949 Auditor and has completed his PMP training. He has an extensive track record of leadership experience in Machining, Quality, Maintenance, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement for both large and small companies. His experience includes leading engineering teams, quality teams, and manufacturing operations.

He has taken the last few months off to be with his terminally ill sister. Now that she has passed, he is actively seeking a new Operations Leadership role. He has extensive metal products experience and working with cast products and components including grey iron. He is single and renting and is willing to relocate.   • Achieved EBITDA of + $11M in 2020 with 3 new product launches.
  • Reduced supply base by 20% by focusing on Key Suppliers and Internalizing multiple processes.
  • Reduced COGS by 10% through process improvements and product changes.
  • Improved OTD to 100% prior to the Pandemic which had a negative impact on the global supply chain.
  • Implemented a software change that led to $1M plus reduction in warranty, scrap and overproduction costs.
  • The transition of all fabricated and machined parts from ETI Supply base to ETI-FAB manufacturing with 100% new staff in the Startup site.
    • This included 75+ fabricated components and 25 machined components.
  • Implemented a new penetrant inspection line resulting in a new revenue stream worth $500k.
  • Management Representative was responsible for all Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance activities supporting current machining production operations in a Tier 1 supplier to Honda. 
  • Managed a joint venture between Ford and Mazda for a manufacturing line startup.  Collaborated with Mazda’s Japanese engineers to develop a realistic timeline and better understand the features they felt were necessary. 
    • The manufacturing line was completed 8 weeks ahead of schedule.
  • Led the effort to successfully implement a new quality system across the entire plant.
  • Hired a new team and rebuilt the program achieving TS16949 program certification.
  • Providing support and initiatives to maintain <2 PPM external quality performance.
  • Turned around a Stationary Battery Storage system project that was late on design, testing and delivery that was going to cause the customer to have a complete failure at launch. 
  • Achieved 100% on-time delivery with all programs despite the company going through two bankruptcies.
  • Achieved 100% on-time delivery during a plant strike.
  • Led a 6 Sigma project to analyze excessive tool breakage. Diagnosed the issue and implemented an action plan and capital project to fund changes needed and implemented increasing uptime by 10%.
