• Project involved a proposed expansion of the existing Trunkline LNG import terminal in Lake Charles, LA to include natural gas liquefaction and ancillary facilities with an LNG export capacity of 15 million tons per annum.
• Development of AACE Class 2 installed cost estimate, and development of a tendering package to facilitate the Client’s intention to let a lump sum turnkey bid invitation upon completion of FEED including Process Simulation with HYSYS, Heat and Material Balance, Equipment sizing, and preparing RFQs for bidding, Preparing Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Lead Process Engineer for the Nord Stream Pipeline Project for the Process group and coordinating projects with various disciplines like Mechanical, Instrumentation / Control, and Safety Engineering.
• Led heavy oil Gasification process design package for Hydrogen generation unit for Synenco Energy in Canada.
• Designed two 100 MMSCFD Syn gas and Hydrogen plants using Linde’s Steam Methane Reforming (SMR) technology for Praxair.
• Prepared Front End Engineering Design (FEED) packages for revamping the existing Ammonia plant to Syn Gas and Hydrogen plant.
• Developed PFDs, P & IDs development, performed heat and material balance calculations, equipment design, and process data sheets for various equipment like Reformer, heat exchangers, vessels, air coolers, and Pressure Swing Adsorption Units (PSA).
• Made site visits for construction supervision, process troubleshooting, and optimization.
