Automation Controls Engineer with 20 years of experience in supporting manufacturing automation. He has an Associate Degree and is a Certified Robot Integrator (RIA) and completed an Advanced Software Development program with University of Phoenix. He can do it all from design, to specification, to installation/commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and performing upgrades to older equipment. He can create programs for robots, PLCs, and HMIs from scratch.

• Electrical and mechanical assembly, retrofit, and design of automated machines
• Design, build, and wire electrical sub-panels
• Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for panel layout and electrical design
• Program Motoman and Denso robots
• Program Keyence and Allen-Bradley PLC’s
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on Teflon producing presses, ovens, CNC’s and slicers.
