Ohio Safety Leader who has supported Chemical, Refinery, Manufacturing, Construction, Assembly, Machining, and Heat Treat operations. She has a Master’s in Occupational Safety, is a Certified Graduate Safety Professional (GSP), and holds a number of Industry Certifications, including a TWIC Card. She is a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and organized professional, with knowledge and hands-on experience in safety, highly skilled in workplace inspection, and regulatory compliance. • 10 years of steady employment history in performing Safety Professional, administrative, management, and management responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Participates in OSHA inspections, incident, and near-miss investigations.
• Completes accident investigations and provides reports to the leadership team which will include inspection data, leading indicators, and accident/incident data.
• Identifies and analyzes risks and hazards on project sites and builds a plan to mitigate these risks and hazards in the future.
• Coordinates, schedules, and provides safety training on project sites and in regional offices.
• Oversees multiple projects and manages Safety Consultants within a given region.
• Served as a subject matter authority for the application of safe, compliant operational practices, work processes, programs, and standards that comply with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Support management of site impact assessments, operating permits, and construction permits.
• Ensure strong alignment of goals, metrics, and targets with plant vision and govern site performance together with plant and site leadership team and consult on planning, issue and incident response and process safety compliance.

• Coach project teams in effective hazard identification and correction of issues
• Review trending reports with project team

• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Works with a team of safety advisors to ensure continuous safety support to the refinery
