20+ years of supporting manufacturing, oil/gas and mining operations. He is a Chemical Engineer and a Six Sigma Green Belt with an MBA. He also has multiple professional industry certifications under his belt and is a TWIC card holder. He has worked both permanent roles and contract roles in his career and has supported multiple facilities. He is highly skilled in all aspects of permitting including Title V. He has created and implemented entire programs and trained them. He brings a wealth of experience to the table and he is a candidate that has the skills to hit the floor running! • Assured EHS recordkeeping system; provided timely reporting of both internal and external incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action follow-up, and health and safety training
• Environmental air and water permitting processes and experience with required reporting requirements, such as SPCC, SWPPP, CGA Linearity, CEMS, QA/QC Plan, DOT, RCRA, Universal Waste, CESQG, Tier II, EIQ, GG, Part 75 Acid Rain/CSAPR EDR, MAERT Table, TPDES wastewater discharge, MSS, Visible Emissions Monitoring, RATA, EER, GHG, DMR, Title V (FOP), PSD, NSR, NESHAP and PBR.
• Environmental Health & Safety Manager was responsible for the coordination of EHS programs and activities including behavioral-based safety and for facilities compliance with RCRA, SARA, special permits, Title V reporting, OSHA, and hazardous waste management coupled with state and local environmental regulations.
• Have extensive knowledge of Federal 49 CFR 192 & 195 Code regulations as well as state pipeline regulatory regulations.
• Was responsible for environmental, health, safety, and support to four (4) facilities located in Texas and Michigan.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility complied with all Industrial Hygiene, OSHA, and Environmental codes, laws, and regulations.
• Managed hazardous materials programs such as spill prevention, control, and countermeasures (SPCC).
• Maintained materials inventory database, MSDS control and availability, waste handling, and disposal of hazardous material.
• Involved in preparing Title V operating permit applications for Oklahoma and Texas AFB facilities.
