• My responsibilities include automation upgrades, modifications, implementation of new technologies for PLC’s DCS, Software, Hardware, HMI, SCADA, Motion Control, Vision, MES & Electrical applications for all processes utilized in multiple manufacturing facilities.
• My responsibilities include design, development, programming, and implementation of systems such as PLC, PC, DCS, AB ControlLogix, SLC, PLC5 FactoryTalk, Siemens S7,S5, WinCC, Codesys, AutomationDirect, SCADA, MES for Oil & Gas, Midstream, Upstream, and Refineries.
• Responsibilities include automation upgrades, modifications, implementation of new technologies for PLC’s DCS, C++, C#, Software, Hardware, HMI, SCADA, MES, Vision systems, Motion Control, Vision, Electrical and Robotic applications for all processes utilized in multiple manufacturing facilities
• Employment contracted to Volkswagen USA, Chattanooga, TN, responsible for the automation manufacturing conveying systems in the final assembly, body shop and paint shop.
• Assigned to design and develop the automation utilizing Siemens S7 PLC, WinCC, VB, Motion Control, Vision, Hardware & Software for machine tool assembly system to a tier supplier for Mercedes Benz.
• Design, development and implementation of electrical and automation

  Systems such as AB Control Logix, SLC, PLC5 FactoryTalk, Siemens S7, S5 & WinCC for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Develop, implement and debug Digital Hardware, ABB S4 & Fanuc RJ3 Robots, Siemens S7 Controllers, SCADA, HMI’s, Vision systems, Embedded Controls, C++, C#, and Rofin Sinar Engraving Lasers for automated Camshaft assembly system.
