Exceptional Automation Controls Engineer with 20+ years of experience across multiple manufacturing industries that include, chemical, steel, foundry/casting, refinery, powerplant, tank farm, wastewater, , pulp/paper, warehouse, and glass production operations. He has an AS degree in Industrial Electronics and has completed an electronic technician apprenticeship and has 100 college credits toward a Bachelors.

He manages automation projects from design to installation and commissioning. He is highly skilled at troubleshooting, and performing upgrades. His application, equipment, and software experience is as vast as his industry history. • Tuning, rescaling, and Instrument on 40 plus process control loops on each Caster using Pid continuous controls.
• Troubleshooting, system improvement, and maintenance of sheet glass manufacturing.
• The processes were mixing and batching systems for raw product introduction, temperature control of furnace and tin bath, and servo motion for the slitting, cutting, defect identification, orientation, and stacking of the sheet glass.
• Development, commissioning, startup, and controls design of animated characters and figures to be used in major Theme Parks and Attractions.
• Startup and commissioning support for sortation systems in a major parcel handling firm.
• Startup and commissioning of pallet handling systems for an automobile manufacturer.
• Startup and commissioning of a foundry sandmolding sand mixing, batching, and delivery system.
