Retained Search
Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource.
Engaged Search
This is our next highest priority search. It is best used for key positions which must be filled in a timely period, or have multiple open positions and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. It’s a cost-effective way of ensuring a pool of impact candidates for consideration within a fixed time period. A special search team is dedicated to completing your critical search assignment on time.
Contingency Search
This “pay only for successful fulfillment” option is where we refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, a fee is due. It is available for companies without the urgency or the need for an exclusive recruiting effort, but who want us to provide candidates for open positions.
