We are working with Electrical / Instrumentation / Controls Engineer with 20+ years of experience in the Chemical, and Metals Manufacturing industries. He is a BSEE who is highly skilled in automation/controls, instrumentation, power distribution, and plant maintenance. He has very broad equipment and software expertise that he has gained from supporting multiple plants and industries. This Includes Electrical performance from initiate to close out and electrical, instrumentation & control engineering in-field experience, construction work, installation, maintenance, operation, modifications and design review.
He is currently employed but wants to find a role with a manufacturing operation where he does not have to travel as he is currently supporting 20+ plant locations. Controls engineers with this level of experience and skillsets are rare and in big demand which makes him a highly desirable candidate. He is a passive candidate and wants to explore new opportunities. He is renting and willing to relocate anywhere in the US. His impressive background includes:
• Design, Installation, Test, start-up, and Maintenance for 24 facilities of:
o Automation equipment (PLCs & HMI)
o Instrument devices (Flow Transmitters, Level Transmitters/Switches, Pressure Transmitters/Switches, Temperature Transmitters/Switches, RTD, Thermocouple)
• Troubleshooting and Perform root cause analysis of failed components.
