He has led small maintenance groups up to 200 man engineering/maintenance teams. He has supported maintenance across 25 plant locations in multiple countries. He has also led teams to implement best practices, metrics, and training which in turn raises OEE, reduces downtime, increases productivity and throughput which all adds BIG DOLLARS to the bottom line. He is willing to relocate.

• Responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination, and performance of maintenance and staff activities for 8 supervisors, 70 maintenance personnel.
• Built and responsible for PM systems, routine inspections, spare parts inventory control, maintenance scheduling, staff training, and identification of plant improvement plans including efficiency and yield.
• Lead efforts of purchasing new and replacement equipment
• Developed work order and PM system that improves downtime of plant equipment.

• Direct maintenance and operation of various brands of switchgear, direct, schedule & improve PMs, as necessary.
• Manage and lead Electrical and Automation Engineering group consisting of a team of 9 engineers responsible for 23 plants located in North and South America.
o Reduced downtime and achieved $4M in regional savings in spare parts.
• Manage, lead, and develop 7 engineers of varying disciplines and 16 electricians on a 24/7, 4-shift operation.
• Maintain all high and medium voltage switchgear, responsible for power from 138KV – 480V including switchyard.
Changed cultures and direction of departments from reactive to proactive with fact-based data using tools and techniques including:
