Houston TX area Reliability / Maintenance Engineer. He has worked on offshore/onshore production, gas plants, and refineries. He is a PE Professional Engineer and a BSME. He is a highly experienced Mechanical Reliability and Integrity Engineer with PSM expertise, API and ASME code knowledge, and a proven track record in asset integrity, inspections, failure analysis, and equipment reliability programs. He has been responsible for all aspects of equipment including pressure vessels/codes, heat exchangers, rotating equipment, electric components, piping, valves, specialty piping Items, instruments & controls, wiring, materials of construction, skid structures/platforms/ladders/handrails, non-destructive evaluation (NDE), inspection/testing, painting, preservation/packaging, and Quality Assurance. He also has hands-on experience with large-scale capital projects, vendor selection, and equipment performance evaluation

• Mechanical Integrity (MI) & PSM Compliance:
o He has deep experience supporting refinery maintenance, pressure vessels, and piping systems, including API/ASME compliance and risk-based inspection (RBI) work.
o He led Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition Monitoring (CdM) programs at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and during his BP, KBR, and WorleyParsons assignments.
o Hands-on knowledge of inspection, testing, QA/QC, and performance evaluations of pressure equipment.

o Skilled in corrosion protection, failure analysis investigations (RCFA), and FMEA.
