He doesn\u2019t just manage operations \u2014 he stabilizes them. He doesn\u2019t just check compliance boxes \u2014 he leads regulatory turnarounds. And he\u2019s done it in union and non-union plants, under EPA pressure, and with full P&L accountability. He has also managed multiple sites.
