His notable experience includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Utilizing Maximo PM program for the maintenance group.<br>\u2022 Working with engineering group on design changes.<br>\u2022 Working on the development and proving out new dies and launching of the new plant.<br>\u2022 Troubleshooting new dies and make engineering changes to the dies as needed to improve performance of the dies.<br>\u2022 PM dies for production<br>\u2022 Direct Tool &amp; Die makers, both in the die shop and on the press room floor. (This is a UAW union shop)<br>\u2022 I direct all scheduling, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering changes.<br>\u2022 We direct all maintenance utilizing a TMS PM\/Repair system.<br>\u2022 The Die shop has both CNC Machine capabilities along with Manual Mills, Surface Grinders, and Lathes. etc.<br>\u2022 Directed Tool and die shops and a State-of-the-art CNC Machine Shop utilizing Mastercam software.<br>\u2022 The CNC Machine shop had annual cost savings of $13M in support of the stamping plants.<br>\u2022 Create and write a successful PM program for all dies.<br>\u2022 Directed a staff of 6 skilled tradesmen while maintaining all tooling and dies to support the production schedules<br>\u2022 Manufacturing of tooling and new dies with CNC Mills utilizing Mastercam software.<br>\u2022 Developed procedure reducing die change over time by an average of 15 minutes resulting in annual savings in excess of $300,000<br>\u2022 Project Manager for QDC clamping achieving an 8-minute reduction per die set up<br>\u2022 Delivered more than 160 new dies valued at over $65 million on schedule, 100% to specification and under budget<br>\u2022 Integrated over $1.5 million in cost savings in 2006 with thorough cost analysis and re-designing tactics utilizing automated tooling requiring less manpower and equipment<br>\u2022 Built and launched a $1.1M state-of-the-art tool and die department saving approximately $1M a year in outsourcing making our own dies &amp;
