He has designed I&C projects, specified equipment, installed it, and commissioned it. He is skilled with multiple PLC platforms. He has also been involved in Electrical Construction, Field Startups, and the commissioning of equipment. His mix of contract and perm roles across multiple industry applications provides him with a plethora of experience and knowledge to draw from. \u2022 50% Design and 50% Installation
\u2022 Created Master Items and Requisitions (Purchasing) for large VFDs and Motors for oil and gas, steel mill, etc. industries.
\u2022 Modified\/Added PLC logic to different steel mill equipment (Pusher Furnace and Scalper) using General Electric Machine Edition software.
\u2022 Utilizing EPlan 2.8 for designing Cells (Assembly Lines)and Stations (within the Cells) to create schematics, panel layouts, and bill of materials for these lines.
\u2022 Responsible for the startup of sustainable equipment (waste to energy\/natural gas\/fertilizer) including PLC\u2019s, VFD\u2019s, motors, instrumentation, HMI\u2019s, etc.
\u2022 Manage ride\/show vendors from concept design through detail design to ensure correct control design for the intended attraction.
\u2022 Responsible for developing control systems, instrumentation, MCC, and VFD specifications for LNG project.
\u2022 In charge of programming of PLC and HMI development.
\u2022 Responsible for electrical design of control and power systems for dumpers, coal barge unloaders, rotary dryers, and calciners.
\u2022 Utilize AutoCAD for electrical schematics, single line diagrams, and control cabinet layouts.
\u2022 Responsible for all harnessing, cabling, connectors, and schematics for electric and diesel locomotives.
\u2022 Tracked the electrical construction progress (equipment setting, electrical cable pulls, and cable terminations) of a Steam-Turbine Power Plant.
\u2022 Designed all 480 and 4160 VAC motor control center and CCTV system schematics for entire facility: along with the DCS I\/O list from P&ID drawings for entire facility.
\u2022 Engineered the PLC electrical schematics for all instrumentation and valving for Allen- Bradley ControlLogix (RSLogix 5000) including the development of the Ethernet network.
\u2022 Designed PLC cabinet layouts and operating station layouts.
