\u2022 Director of Global Quality position where I was directing 40 employees, responsible for all Quality and Supplier Management for all 6 facilities across Global Enterprise
\u2022 Worked at a company that was making products without work instructions\/SOP, BOMs were incorrect which caused inventory back-flushing issues causing inventory, planning, and major efficiency issues.
o Created 6-month project to create WI\/SOP for every product,
o Validate BOM’s which fixed inventory back-flushing issues.
o Implemented training programs and bonuses for floor employees that were quality and qty based.
o Production times were cut by 40%.
o Product quality defect rates dropped from 8% to less than 1%.
o Production times were decreased from days to hours.

\u2022 Culture Shift – Created a \u201cBuilding Quality In\u201d campaign and made all auditors trainers to remove the stress between the Production and Quality departments.
\u2022 Created a Work Instruction program, working closely with engineering on building work instructions on screen rather than on paper.
\u2022 Created daily checklists, improved then rewrote work instructions, improved reporting structures then wrote new job descriptions based on changes made.
