\u2022 Managed daily operations for fast-paced QC lab to ensure Finished Products, Raw Materials and Semi-finished products are released in a timely manner to provide increased service levels.
\u2022 Attended daily production meetings to identify and help expedite samples on late orders to reduce the backlog of late orders.
\u2022 Ensured QC lab compliance to quality standards (FDA, NSF, and GMP).
\u2022 Developed and validated methods for analysis of botanical extracts and supplements by ICP-MS for heavy metals and mineral analysis.
