Production starting February 2024!<br>\u2022 Drive continuous improvement for 300+ machines and all assembly areas in 500k ft2 facility<br>\u2022 Drove increase in machine utilization<br>\u2022 Utilized existing ERP data to bring focus to machine capacity, and load level, and increase throughput<br>\u2022 When I took over Manufacturing Engineering for the plant, engineers with degrees with being utilized as glorified machinists with 80% of their workload being troubleshooting day-to-day issues in production.
