\u2022 Modified design to correct operating deficiencies to reduce production problems and material and\/or labor costs
\u2022 Provided work instructions to and work with machine specialists, manufacturing fabricators, and assemblers during product development and production introduction phases
\u2022 Managed unit readiness program, which included mobility, logistics, ancillary training, deployment processing, Air Expeditionary Forces planning and validation
