To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.<\/p>\n

We believe our company is an extension of yours. A candidate’s first impression of your company often comes from us. Because we genuinely care that we match talented candidates with appropriate employers, we take the necessary time to get to know your specific needs. We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully screened him or her and determined that there is a good fit.<\/p>\n

We’re Flexible<\/h3>\n

We know that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. That’s why we’re flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.<\/p>\n

Retained Search<\/h3>\n

Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource.<\/p>\n

Engaged Search<\/h3>\n

This is our next highest priority search. It is best used for key positions which must be filled in a timely period, or have multiple open positions and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. It’s a cost-effective way of ensuring a pool of impact candidates for consideration within a fixed time period. A special search team is dedicated to completing your critical search assignment on time.<\/p>\n

Contingency Search<\/h3>\n

This “pay only for successful fulfillment” option is where we refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, a fee is due. It is available for companies without the urgency or the need for an exclusive recruiting effort, but who want us to provide candidates for open positions.<\/p>\n
