Ascertain communication plan and interview process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<h3>Craft Search Strategy:<\/h3>\n<p>Identify targets to fill the positions<\/p>\n<li>Companies: Research key companies that have candidates with relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates: Develop a list of contacts that can refer qualified individuals for the position.<\/li>\n<li>Passive Candidates \u2013 We continually call and identify passive candidates who are already employed, yet, interested in opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<h3>Carry Out Search:<\/h3>\n<li>Reach out to targeted network\/companies\/contacts<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth candidate telephone interviews using behavioral-based question to ascertain three crucial qualifying factors:  a) Do they have the appropriate background?  b) Are they willing to change jobs for the right company?  c) Do their goals match yours?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<h3>Candidate Selection:<\/h3>\n<li>Prepare a short list of the \u201cbest\u201d candidates most suitably matched to the position, and company culture for final interviews<\/li>\n<li>Submit resumes and analysis of qualifying interviews with selected candidates<\/li>\n<li>Arrange interviews with you.<\/li>\n<li>Set up candidates for first interview, including briefing on your goals &amp; priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare you for first interview with emphasis on candidate\u2019s goals &amp; aspirations.<br \/>\nDebrief candidate after interview.<\/li>\n<li>Debrief you and present preliminary conclusions.
