Experienced Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt’ Quality Manager with more than two years of experience in project management. He has a Masters in Industrial Engineering. His academic knowledge includes Principles of Quality and Statistical Control, Work Design, and Operation Research, Production Control, Systems and Simulations, Facility Planning, Engineering Data Analysis, and Value Engineering. • Responsible in training the quality department staff in the new ERP Quality module.
• Manages internal & external part non-conformances using CAPA, SCAR report & MRB process.
• Responsible for organizing & conducting the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.
• Leads a team of quality engineers & quality inspectors.
• Manages first article approval process for new supplier parts/products.
• Resolving customer complaints by working with engineering, production & customer service.
