• Strategically planned and led the launch of Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Challenger product lines, and Challenger with the Hellcat Engine.

Reduced recordable injury rate from 7.2 to 1.1 increased quality first-time yield from 31% to 97%.

Oversaw daily operations for 104 die-cast machines, ranging from 800 ton – 3500 ton die cast machines producing engine and transmission aluminum die castings at an annual volume of 4,900,000 units.
Directed 30 manufacturing engineers, 1,700 skilled tradesmen, and maintenance/engineering managers, producing a daily volume of 8,470 transmissions in 4 transmission machining/assembly and die-cast plants.
• Managed daily operations including control of a budget of $428 M for a 3.1 M square foot automotive manufacturing plant employing 3,500 auto workers and 240 salaried personnel, producing 268,000+ vehicles/year.
Managed all machining and assembly operations for a 1.1 M square foot transmission plant employing 1400 UAW and 120 salaried personnel, producing 312,000 units/year.
