• Act as liaison between the city and outside consulting service providers, including IPBC, BCBS, Delta Dental, FSA providers, IMRF, 457 providers, AFLAC, Occupational Health, MOE, RHS providers, and wellness providers.

• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and recommend candidates for hire.

• Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interviews, observing trends and highlighting important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards.
• Responsible for conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
• Maintain performance evaluation schedule and coordinate distribution of performance evaluations to distribution center supervisors making certain that performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
• As directed by risk management, provide a timely copy of the wage statement to the workers’ compensation claim adjuster.
• Ensure workers’ compensation claims are handled in accordance with all state and federal employment laws to prevent claims from alleged retaliatory discharge, ADA, FMLA, etc. actions.
• Workplace Investigations, EEOC, and Litigation complaints.
• Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures – disciplinary, grievances and dismissals.
