He has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and an Associates in Electronic Engineering and Automation. Adam has led maintenance teams of up to 59 people and a multicraft unionized workforce. He is skilled in programming plant automation, vision systems, and robots. He successfully managed the preventative maintenance for 3000 pieces of CNC equipment which saved $1.2M all while increasing machine uptime and reducing scrap!
